The Horse's Hoof Magazine is officially going GREEN!

The Horse's Hoof has been in print as a quarterly publication, with both an electronic and hard copy printed edition for every issue, with a total of 51 issues since 2000.

To leap forward into the future, founder and owner Yvonne Welz has made the decision to commit to an all green magazine. As she surveys the years of printed back issues that she has stored for resale, she sighs, "It is finally time to really pay attention to our carbon hoof print!"

Going green isn't a simple or easy process, but one that she feels will be worthwhile for readers… and the environment. Not only will the magazine continue on unchanged in its electronic (PDF) online edition, but it will be complemented with a brand new private barefoot chat forum. The Go Team Barefoot! Forum will be available free of charge to all subscribers of THH.

Current print subscribers will automatically receive an extension of their remaining issues to make up the price difference. Additional benefits for all subscribers include all new streamlined software for issue delivery, with a subscriber-controlled permanent password to access issues. More plans for the magazine include future development of interactive features and e-book compatible formats.

Subscription prices for the online PDF magazine remain at 2000 prices: $15.00 for 1 year, and $25.00 for 2 years. Beginning with THH 52, all subscriptions will automatically receive FREE access to the brand new Go Team Barefoot! Forum for THH subscribers only.
